Georgia Tech vs North Carolina Prediction

The current betting odds have UNC listed as a 21 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. UNC has a big surprise this season with only 1 loss all year and they have been very good in their games. Their defense hasn't been great as they give up a ton of points in their games but that hasn't really mattered much either since their offense has been scoring a ton of points in every game all season. GA Tech just got blown out in their last game at home against Miami and Miami hasn't been very good this season either. GA Tech has also been dealing with other issues like their head coach getting fired midseason and they don't have a very good team at all. UNC is in line to go to the ACC Championship game this season and their offense has been unstoppable in their last few games. They are going to continue on their roll here as they look to have a 1 loss season and win the ACC Title. The best way to place a bet here is on UNC to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

"Time of possession ended up being a critical factor in the game, and then you put together the turnovers on our end and the third downs on their side of the ball, those are things that inevitably affected the outcome of the football game in their favor." - Brent Key after his team’s loss against Miami-Florida in their last game.

“As well as we played on offense, I walked away disappointed in red-zone scoring. We’ve got score touchdowns. That’s just not acceptable and that’s just not who we are. There’s a certain toughness that you’ve got to have in the red-zone run game.” - Mack Brown after his team’s win against Wake Forest in their last game.
