Georgia Tech vs Florida State Prediction

The current betting odds have GA Tech listed as a 21.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. GA Tech just took a bad loss at home to a Virginia team that has been struggling in all of their games this year, but GA Tech has also been a lot better since firing their head coach and they are going to be looking for a bounce back here. They have a very tall task on their hands here going on the road to play against FSU but FSU hasn't been that great themselves this year and have been struggling in a lot of their games. Offense has been an issue at times for them but this defense has really been bad as they give up a ton of points in every game. Their defense is going to give some scoring opportunities to the GA Tech offense here and they will be able to keep this game within the number even if they do get blown out. This is just too many points for FSU with the way they have looked in their games this season. The best way to place a bet here is on GA Tech to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

"We've got to play smarter football at times and be more productive in certain areas of the team. It's like I told the team in locker room. Regardless who's in the game at what position, it's up to everyone on the team to raise their level of play." - Brent Key after his team’s loss against Virginia in their last game.

"I thought our guys continued to battle. We had missed opportunities throughout. But they fought until the end. And I fully believed, as we were playing, that we would find a way to get back in, to be able to put ourselves in a position. And our guys did that but unfortunately we didn't make enough plays to be able to finish the job." - Mike Norvell after his team’s loss against Clemson in their last game.
