Fresno State vs Washington State Prediction

The current betting odds have Fresno State listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Fresno State is coming off of another great season as they have been a very competitive team in the Mountain West over the last few years and they even won the MWC Championship with a big road win against Boise State. They have the momentum coming into this game and they also have a better Bowl record than their opponent, even making more Bowl appearances in their school history. Washington State put together a nice season where they were really good at home but they struggled a lot in games when they weren't at home and seemed to fizzle out near the end of the season. They got dismantled in their last game of the season losing at home to rival school Washington by almost 20 points and even allowed over 50 points in the game. Fresno State is going to be looking to cap off their Conference Championship year with a Bowl win too while Washington State has nothing to play for here and was playing like it in the final game of the season. Fresno State will be more motivated here. The best way to place a bet here is on Fresno State to cover the spread in this game.

“When you earn your way at a place, at a Power Five (program), it’s not always easier to just go somewhere else and restart it. The guys in that locker room are what we’re focused on.
