Fresno State vs Arizona State Prediction

The current betting odds have Fresno State listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Fresno State has looked really good in their games with a 2-0 start to their season. They looked really good in their season opener as they beat Purdue on the road but they did stumble at home against EWU as they needed OT to win that game. That close win has served as a wake up call for them though and Fresno State will be a lot more focused on a better performance here. Fresno State has a good team that can win the MWC Title this season and just like they won on the road against Purdue, they are going to have their eyes set on beating another power 5 school here. Arizona State is only 1-1 to start the season and they haven't looked great in their games. They have played well in the 1st half of both games but they have fallen apart in the 2nd half. They had a big lead over Southern Utah in their season opener and almost blew that in the 2nd half, winning the game by 3 points, and even in their last game which was also at home, they had a lead in that game before blowing it and allowing Oklahoma State to score 20 unanswered points to win that game on the road. Arizona State has some big problems to solve before they can be a real threat while Fresno State has a really good team with more talent. The best way to place a bet here is on Fresno State to cover the spread in this game.
