Florida vs Georgia Prediction

The current betting odds have Georgia listed as a 16.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Georgia has looked really good in their games this season with their 6-1 record overall and their 4-1 conference record which has them right near the top of the SEC. Their 1 loss was against Alabama, but they have looked a lot better since that loss. They are coming off a huge road win over Texas in their last one and they are also coming out of their bye week so they have had extra time to prepare. Meanwhile, Florida hasn't looked great in their games this season with their 4-3 record overall and their 2-2 conference record which pretty much has them out of the SEC race. They have been a really up and down team this season, looking good in some games where they have been putting up a ton of points, but looking terrible in other games where they have struggled to score. Their defense hasn't looked great in their games either and Georgia is going to put up points in this game. Georgia had 2 games this season where they did give up some points, but they haven't been giving up that many in a majority of their games. Their defense is a lot better and Florida will struggle to get anything done on offense. Georgia can't afford to lose another game this season with their loss to Alabama so they aren't going to hold back or take their foot off the gas in this one either. The best way to place a bet here is on Georgia to cover the spread in this game.
