Tigers vs Royals Prediction

The current betting odds have the Royals listed as a slight favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Royals just got blown out by the Tigers on Friday but that is not going to sit well with the Royals losing that game at home. Both of these teams have been awful this season as they each have one of the worst records in the MLB. Both offenses have been really bad too but the Royals have been a bit better all year. This game is going to come down to pitching and the Royals have the advantage with this matchup. The Royals have Singer starting here and he has been pretty good all season as he has not allowed too many runs in his starts. Alexander is starting for the Tigers though and he has not been very good this year. The Tigers scored 10 runs on Friday but they have one of the worst offenses in the MLB and they have been a much better team at home so that offense is not going to be sustainable for them. The Royals will be able to shut them down here with Singer and score some runs themselves on Alexander. The best way to place a bet here is on the Royals to win this game.

Hinch after his team’s win against the Angels on Wednesday.

"For them to be able to put together at-bats that they did, they made him work. We always talk about that. Just pass it on to the next guy. Trust the next guy to get the job done.
