Broncos vs Chiefs Prediction

The current betting odds have the Chiefs listed as a 10.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Chiefs pulled off a big win on the road in Minnesota over the weekend and now they are back at home on a short week for this division game. The Chiefs don't have a great history when it comes to covering spreads this big but luckily for them they are playing the Denver Broncos who are having a terrible season. The Broncos are only 1-4 this year and they are having a big issue on offense as Russell Wilson can't get on the same page as Sean Payton but even worse has been the Broncos defense. The Broncos have been giving up a ton of points in every game to bad offense and now they are getting one of the best QB's in the league here who is going to roast them in the secondary like they have been getting toasted all year. The Chiefs also have a really good defense this season that has been keeping offenses from putting up a ton of points and this struggling Broncos offense isn't going to do much here on the road. The best way to place a bet here is on the Chiefs to cover the spread in this game.

Broncos Chiefs Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Thursday, October 12, 2023 (8:15 pm ET start time) is Chiefs 28 Broncos 10.

Notable Quotes

“You could see the emotion on his face a little bit. He was trying not to show it, but we all gave him big hugs. We told him we love him and we’re grateful to have him. Obviously, how things went for him this past year was tough. So you know it means a lot.” - Russell Wilson on Nathaniel Hackett after their loss against the Jets in their game on Sunday.

“There's a lot of young guys out there, and we're going to keep everybody moving and going in the right direction. I think by the end of the year we're going to be dangerous, because you're not going to know who's going to get those opportunities throughout the game.” - Patrick Mahomes after their win against the Vikings in their game on Sunday.
