Colorado vs Washington Prediction

The current betting odds have Washington listed as a 30.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Washington has been having a great year and they have been a much better team at home all season. They are still undefeated at home this year at 6-0 but they just pulled off a huge win on the road in their last game too. They pulled off a big upset over the ranked Oregon team and their offense has been putting up a ton of points in their games all season, especially at home. Colorado has been the complete opposite this year as they have been terrible all season with only 1 win and they have no wins on the road at all. They just got blown out 55-17 on the road by USC in their last game but a good majority of their road games have been like that all season. They have already been dealing with issues like the firing of their head coach earlier this season and they do not even have a concrete starting QB either. Their defense has given up a ton of points on the road all season while their offense hasn't been able to do much, and Washington scores a lot when they are at home. The best way to place a bet here is on Washington to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

“We’re living in the present, we’re making everything about the players. But obviously, you get down towards the end of it and all of a sudden, it’s obviously very clear that we’re not in the postseason – there’s no bowl opportunities – and you have to really wake up every day and even as a staff, even myself as the head coach, you’ve got to really stay truly in the present.” - Mike Sanford on his team coming into this game.

"I didn't know he missed it here four years ago and somebody was telling me `This is a redemption field goal. He's going to make it. And I was like, OK, as long as he makes it, I'm good." - Michael Penix Jr. after their win against Oregon in their last game.
