Coastal Carolina vs Appalachian State Prediction
APP State did not look good at all in their last game as they were smashed by ULL from the start and never really had a chance in that game as they just kept making bad mistakes in that game. Coastal Carolina has cruised past every team they have played this year except for 1, but that was a few weeks ago and they look like they have been hitting their stride recently. They have won their last 3 games by over 20 points in each and they have scored over 40 points in almost every game this season. CCU is just a better team and is ranked in the top 25 for a reason. The best bet to place in this game is on CCU to cover the spread here.

Players to Watch
Coastal Carolina Chanticleers: Shermari Jones is one player to watch in this contest. He is coming off of a big game where he had over 100 rushing yards. They will need their run game to be good in this one to get past this App State defense so look for him to get a lot of touches in this game and set the tone early here.
Appalachian State Mountaineers: Camerun Peoples is one player to watch here. He leads his team in touchdowns scored this season. His team did absolutely nothing on offense last week and will be looking to play a much better game here. He can be a real big threat with the ball in his hands, especially around the goal line so look for him to find the end zone in this game and help his team score.
"We've got to stop the run, we emphasized that all week. We want to make them one-dimensional and held them to 18 yards rushing." - C.J. Brewer on the defenses game plan to winning their games.
“Just be ourselves and be ready for a great challenge. Our guys are up for the challenge, and it’s going to be exciting. I’m expecting a great crowd here. … It’s going to be a lot of fun. Our guys are loose right now.” - Shawn Clark on taking on the ranked CCU in their next game.
