The Texans have looked a lot better in their last 2 games since getting Stroud back from injury, but as good as they have looked in their games, this is going to a lot tougher against the Browns with one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Browns just went into Houston a few weeks ago and won that game too. The Texans were missing Stroud in that game but their offense still wasn't able to do anything against the Browns defense and this game will be really similar for Stroud still in his rookie season. The Texans offense has also been very explosive but not as consistent as the Browns offense with Flacco and this is a game where the Browns not only have the better record as the Wild Card team, but they also have the better team on both sides of the ball which gives them the edge here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Browns to cover the spread in this game.
