Browns vs Bears Prediction

The current betting odds have the Bears listed as a 7.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Bears have looked really good in their games this season with their 9-4 record overall which has them right at the top of the NFC North. They have looked great on their home field too with their 4-1 home record this year. Meanwhile, the Browns have looked terrible in their games this season with their 3-10 record overall which has them right at the bottom of the AFC North. They have been a terrible road team too with their 1-5 road record this year. The Browns picked up a win against the Raiders with Shedeur Sanders being the first Browns QB in years to win his NFL debut as a starter and things were starting to look up, but they let all of that go in their last one with a 31-29 loss to the Titans at home. Their offense didn't look bad, but they were playing from behind for that entire game, and the defense also looked terrible. That was a game the Browns needed to win at home and didn't, now they have to go on the road against a much stronger team and the Browns have looked like a different team in road games this year. The Bears are off a 28-21 loss to the Packers in their last one and that loss moved them out of 1st place, but the Bears have been rolling lately and will be looking to bounce back at home. The Bears didn't look bad in that road loss to the Packers either so they are going to bounce back at home, and they need this win a lot more with how competitive the NFC Wild Card race is. The best way to place a bet here is on the Bears to cover the spread in this game.

Browns Bears Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, December 14, 2025 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Bears 27 Browns 13.

Notable Quotes

“Some of the things that happened that game, we expect more from our run defense. We got to protect the ball. We had a punt blocked, and obviously not getting either the 2-point plays really off is frustrating. So that’s on all of us.” - Kevin Stefanski after his team’s loss against the Titans in their last game.

“In those moments, it’s, you know, a got-to-have-it moment. And they had a guy trailing me, so, I didn’t feel like I could go get it myself (by running the ball). Just got to give Cole a better shot at it. I think next time, just extend him a little bit more and kind of lead him.” - Caleb Williams after their loss against the Packers in their last game.
