Bears vs Browns Prediction

The current betting odds have the Browns listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Browns have looked really good this season with their 8-5 record overall which has them holding down the number 1 Wild Card spot despite having so many QB issues this season. They have looked really good in their home games all season with their 6-1 home record and they have Flacco starting now who looked good in their win against the Jags last week as he looks to try and revive his career. Meanwhile, the Bears haven't looked great this season with their 5-8 record overall as they are pretty much eliminated from the playoffs with the path they have to get there. They have looked a lot better in their games lately too but they are also coming off a big home win against the Lions which was also a revenge spot for them from an earlier game in Detroit this season. The Bears managed to get the win at home last week but this will be a much tougher game for them on the road where the Browns have been so good all season. The Browns also have a lot more to play for here with their record leading the Wild Card race and a QB who is looking to prove he still has something left in the tank. The Browns also have a great running game along with one of the best defenses in the NFL to lean on here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Browns to cover the spread in this game.

Bears Browns Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, December 17, 2023 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Browns 24 Bears 10.

Notable Quotes

“It's just like anything. You want to see the proof of it. I talked to you guys earlier in the week about the small wins that you have, you can see the improvement by the unit, by the positions and stuff like that. To have a win like this is proof for those guys. It's proof for our staff. It's proof, really, for the Chicago Bears fans.” - Matt Eberflus after his team’s win against the Lions in their last game.

“It’s unbelievable to be out there. It’s really a unique experience. To have children that are of the age where they understand what’s going on, and I’m going to remember these things forever. I’m just trying to stay in the moment and be as grateful as possible and keep getting better.” - Joe Flacco after their win against the Jags in their last game.
