They have one of the best RBs in the nation too, so this offense is going to be one of the best in the nation again this year and they are going to put up a ton of points in this home opener. Meanwhile, Charlotte has a 0-1 record overall this season after losing their season opener at home to a team from the FCS. They lost a tight game in OT to The Citadel and they gave up a ton of points in that one. The offense looked good, but they weren't really challenged by that defense either. Charlotte has been a terrible program over the last few years, being one of the worst in the FBS, and Tim Albin hasn't done much to turn it around since he got there. The offense will surely have some success in this game against the Ole Miss, but that Charlotte defense isn't going to put up a good fight against Chambliss and co. Look for Ole Miss to roll over this inferior opponent in their 1st home game of the year. The best way to place a bet here is on Ole Miss to cover the spread in this game.
