The knockout stage of the 2026 Men’s World Cup continues on Fox with the final match in the semifinals. England plays Argentina at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, at 3:00 p.m. ET.
The Three Lions advanced to the semifinals with a 2-1 victory in extra time against Norway in their quarterfinals match on Saturday. Andreas Schjelderup opened the scoring in the 36th minute to give the Scandinavians a 1-0 lead. Jude Bellingham evened things up for England in the second minute of stoppage time in the first half. After a scoreless second half, Bellingham scored at the three-minute mark into the 30-minute extra time period. His brace would eventually give the Three Lions the 2-1 victory.
England has won five of their six World Cup games. Their only blemish was a scoreless draw against Ghana in their second group stage match. They have scored 13 times and conceded six goals.
Argentina reached the semifinals in the defense of their 2022 World Cup championship with a 3-1 victory against Switzerland on Saturday. La Albiceleste took an early lead when Alexis Mac Allister scored in the tenth minute of the first half. After trailing going into halftime, the Swiss tied the game in the 67th minute of the second half from Dan Ndoye’s goal. The match would remain scoreless for the remainder of regulation time, despite Switzerland’s Breel Embolo being issued a red card in the 72nd minute. Playing with an 11-to-10 player advantage, Argentina finally scored a go-ahead goal from Julian Alvarez in the 112th minute. Lautaro Martinez iced the game in the first minute of stoppage time after 120 minutes with his goal to give the reigning champions a 3-1 victory. La Albiceleste have won all six of their World Cup games. They have scored 19 goals and given up goals six times.

Their 6-19 record puts them in last place in the Western Conference, 12 1/2 games behind the Minnesota Lynx for first place. Chicago is a 2.5-point favorite with an over/under of 170.5 (all remaining odds from DraftKings).
The Minnesota Lynx play at home against the Los Angeles Sparks at 1:00 p.m. ET. The Lynx are on a three-game winning streak after their 104-100 victory at home against Phoenix as a 12.5-point favorite on Monday. With their 18-6 record, they are in first place in the Western Conference, one game ahead of both the Golden State Valkyries and the Las Vegas Aces. The Sparks had won two games in a row before a 101-92 loss at Atlanta against the Dream as an 8.5-point underdog two days ago. The Sparks are in fifth place in the Western Conference with a 10-12 record, trailing the Lynx by seven games. Minnesota is a 12.5-point favorite with a total of 182.5.
The Indiana Fever are at home to take on the Golden State Valkyries on the USA Network at 8:00 p.m. ET. The Fever are on a two-game winning streak with four victories in their previous five games after their 109-75 upset victory in Las Vegas against the Aces as a 4.5-point underdog on Sunday. They are in first place in the Eastern Conference with a 14-9 record, putting them a half-game up on Atlanta. The Valkyries are on a seven-game winning streak after a 79-64 victory on the road against the Connecticut Sun as a 6.5-point favorite on Friday. With a 17-7 record, they are in second place in the Western Conference with the Aces, trailing the Lynx by one game. Indiana is a 2.5-point favorite with an over/under of 169.5.
