The Browns lost their second game in their last three with a 16-14 loss defeat to Las Vegas as a 2.5-point underdog on Monday. Cleveland’s record has fallen to 7-7. The Panthers are on a three-game winning streak after ending their regular season with a 37-10 victory against Troy as a 6.5-point favorite on November 27th. They improved their record to 7-5 win the win. The Cardinals ended a two-game losing streak with a 20-3 victory against Buffalo as a 6-point favorite on November 23rd. Georgia State is a 5.5-point favorite with a total of 51.
