The Monday Labor Day sports card features NCAAF, MLB, and CFL action.

Week 1 in NCAAF college football concludes with one game between FBS opponents. SMU travels on the road to play at Florida State on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. ET as a 3-point road favorite, with the total set at 52.5 (all odds from DraftKings). 

Major League Baseball has 11 games scheduled. Two MLB games throw out the first pitch at 1:05 p.m. ET. Philadelphia hosts Atlanta on Peacock with the Phillies sending out Jesus Luzardo to pitch against the Braves’ Grant Holmes. The Phillies are a -171 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. Miami plays at home against New York, with Eury Perez getting the ball for the Marlins to duel against the Mets’ Jonah Teng. The Marlins are a -118 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

Two MLB games start at 1:35 p.m. ET. Boston is at home to take on Los Angeles, with the Red Sox tapping a starting pitcher yet to be named to challenge the Angels’ Grayson Rodriguez. The Red Sox are a -181 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. Baltimore hosts Cleveland with Trevor Rogers taking the mound for the Orioles to face Joey Cantillo for the Guardians. The Orioles are a -126 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. 

Two MLB games begin at 2:10 p.m. ET. Kansas City plays at home against Arizona, with the Royals turning to Noah Cameron to pitch against a Diamondbacks starting pitcher yet to be named. Milwaukee is at home to play Chicago, with Robert Gasser getting the ball for the Brewers to duel against Matthew Boyd for the Cubs. The Brewers are a -126 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. 

The Detroit Tigers host the Minnesota Twins at 3:10 p.m. ET. The Tigers turn to Troy Melton to take on a Twins starting pitcher yet to be determined. The San Diego Padres play at home against the Washington Nationals at 5:10 p.m. ET. Nick Pivetta takes the hill for the Padres to face Jake Irvin for the Nationals. San Diego is a -203 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

The San Francisco Giants are at home to challenge the St. Louis Cardinals on NBC and Peacock at 8:10 p.m. ET. The Giants tap Logan Webb to pitch against the Cardinals’ Michael McGreevy. San Francisco is a -131 money-line favorite with an over/under of 7.5. 

The Los Angeles Dodgers host the Cincinnati Reds at 9:10 p.m. ET. A starting pitcher yet to be named by the Dodgers will battle Chase Burns for the Reds. Los Angeles is a -156 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5.  

The Toronto Blue Jays play on the road against the Athletics at 10:05 p.m. ET. The Blue Jays send out Dylan Cease to duel against the Athletics’ Jacob Lopez. Toronto is a -206 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 8. 

Week 14 in the Canadian Football League concludes with two games on the CBS Sports Network. The Toronto Argonauts are on the road in Hamilton to play the Tiger-Cats at 2:30 p.m. ET as a 4.5-point road favorite with a total of 58.5. The Calgary Stampeders play at home against the Edmonton Elks at 6:00 p.m. ET as a 1.5-point favorite with an over/under of 59.5.
