The Uruguayans earned their first point in this tournament with their 1-1 draw with Chile on Monday. The Bolivians have lost their first two matches after a 1-0 loss to Chile last Friday. Uruguay is a -1.75 goal line favorite with a total of 2.75.
Chile plays Paraguay at the Estadio Nacional de Brasilia in Brasilia, Brazil at 8 PM ET. The Chileans have five points in three matches after their draw with Uruguay on Monday.
