The Friday sports card features action in the NBA, NHL, and NCAAB.

The National Basketball Association has nine games on its docket. The New Orleans Pelicans travel to Orlando to play the Magic at 7:10 PM ET as a 1.5-point road favorite, with the total set at 226.5 (all odds from DraftKings). Three more NBA games tip off at 7:40 PM ET. The Atlanta Hawks host the New York Knicks as a 3-point favorite with an over/under of 231.5. The Cleveland Cavaliers play at home against the Golden State Warriors as a 7-point favorite. 

The Miami Heat are in Dallas to play the Mavericks on ESPN. The Heat won for the fourth time in their last five games with their 124-98 victory in New Orleans against the Pelicans as a 3.5-point favorite on Wednesday. They improved their record to 25-21 with the win. The Mavericks lost for the third straight time after a 130-122 upset loss against Atlanta as a 2.5-point favorite on Wednesday. Their record dropped to 24-22 with the defeat. Miami is a 1-point road favorite with a total of 217.5. 

The Los Angeles Clippers visit San Antonio to play the Spurs at 8:10 PM ET as a 7-point road favorite with an over/under of 231.5. Two more NBA games start at 9:10 PM ET. The Denver Nuggets are at home against the Indiana Pacers as an 11-point favorite with a total of 240.5. The Utah Jazz host the Brooklyn Nets as a 6.5-point favorite with an over/under of 227.5. Two games conclude the NBA schedule at 10:10 PM ET. The Sacramento Kings are at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder as a 3-point favorite. 

The Memphis Grizzlies play in Los Angeles against the Lakers on ESPN at 10:10 PM ET. The Grizzlies are on an 11-game winning streak after their 115-114 victory against Cleveland as a 7.5-point favorite on Wednesday. They have a 31-13 record coming into this game. The Lakers lost for the fourth time in their last five games after a 116-111 loss to Sacramento as a 2-point underdog on Wednesday. Their record fell to 20-25 with the setback. Memphis is a 6.5-point road favorite with a total of 243. 

The National Hockey League has two games on its slate. The Pittsburgh Penguins play at home against the Ottawa Senators at 7:07 PM ET as a -155 money line favorite with an over/under of 6.5. The Colorado Avalanche are in Vancouver to play the Canucks at 10:07 PM ET as a -165 money-line road favorite with a total of 6.5. 

The college basketball schedule has five games on national television. Kent State hosts Ball State on the CBS Sports Network at 6:30 PM ET as an 8.5-point favorite with an over/under of 137.5. Two NCAAB games begin at 7 PM ET. St. John’s plays at home against Villanova on FS1 as a 4.5-point favorite with a total of 149.5. VCU visits Richmond on ESPN2 as a 1.5-point road favorite with an over/under of 132.5. 

Toledo plays at Buffalo on the CBS Sports Network at 8:30 PM ET as a 4.5-point road favorite with a total of 167.5. New Mexico is at home against Boise State on FS1 at 11 PM ET as a 3-point favorite with an over/under of 145.
