The Wednesday sports card features action in MLB. 

Major League Baseball has 16 games on its schedule. Two MLB games throw out the first pitch at 1:10 PM ET. Atlanta visits Detroit in the opening game of their doubleheader, with the Braves sending out A.J. Smith-Shawver to pitch against the Tigers’ Michael Lorenzen. The Braves are a -175 money-line road favorite, with the total set at 9. Minnesota hosts Milwaukee, with Bailey Ober pitching for the Twins against Colin Rea for the Brewers. The Twins are a -165 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. 

The St. Louis Cardinals play at home against the San Francisco Giants at 1:15 PM ET. The Giants turn to Cardinals’ Jordan Montgomery to pitch against the Cardinals’ Anthony DeSclafani. St. Louis is a -135 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. The Braves play the Tigers in the second game of their doubleheader at 4:10 PM ET.

The Toronto Blue Jays visit Baltimore to play the Orioles at 7:05 PM ET. Jose Berrios takes the mound for the Blue Jays to battle against Kyle Bradish for the Orioles. Both teams are priced at -110 with an over/under of 9. Two more MLB games start at 7:10 PM ET. Boston is at home against Colorado, with the Red Sox tapping Garrett Whitlock to face the Rockies’ Austin Gomber. The Red Sox are a -225 money-line favorite with a total of 9.5. The New York Mets host the New York Yankees on TBS, with Justin Verlander pitching for the Mets against Gerrit Cole for the Yankees. The Mets are a -115 money-line favorite with an over/under of 7.5. 

Two MLB games begin at 8:05 PM ET. Chicago plays at home against Pittsburgh, with the Cubs sending out Drew Smyly to duel against the Pirates’ Osvaldo Bido making his MLB debut. Texas is at home against Los Angeles, with Andrew Heaney taking the ball for the Rangers to go against Reid Detmers for the Angels. The Rangers are a -135 money-line favorite with a total of 9.5. 

Two MLB games start at 8:10 PM ET. Kansas City hosts Cincinnati, with the Royals tapping Daniel Lynch to battle against the Reds’ Ben Lively. The Royals are a -250 money-line favorite with an over/under of 7.5. Houston plays at home against Washington with Framber Valdez on the hill for the Astros to pitch against Josiah Gray for the Nationals. The Astros are a -250 money-line favorite with a total of 7.5. 

Four MLB games begin at 9:40 PM ET. Tampa Bay visits Oakland, with the Rays turning to Tyler Glasnow to pitch against the A’s Luis Medina. The Rays are a -275 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 8.5. Arizona is at home against Philadelphia, with Merrill Kelly pitching for the Diamondbacks against Ranger Suarez for the Phillies. The Diamondbacks are a -135 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. San Diego hosts Cleveland, with the Padres tapping Michael Wacha to duel against the Guardians’ Aaron Civale. The Padres are a -145 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. Seattle plays at home against Miami with Luis Castillo on the mound for the Mariners against Eury Perez for the Marlins. The Mariners are a -180 money-line favorite with a total of 7. 

The Los Angeles Dodgers are at home against the Chicago White Sox at 10:10 PM ET. The Dodgers turn to Clayton Kershaw to pitch against the White Sox’s Mike Clevinger. Los Angles is a -275 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5.
