The Friday sports card features action in MLB and the CFL.

Major League Baseball has 15 games on its schedule. Three MLB games throw out the first pitch at 6:40 PM ET. The Philadelphia Phillies travel to Miami to play the Marlins as a -125 money-line road favorite, with the total set at 7.5 (all odds from DraftKings). The Toronto Blue Jays play in Detroit against the Tigers as a -140 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 9. 

The Tampa Bay Rays host the Atlanta Braves on Apple TV+. The Rays are on a five-game losing streak after their 3-1 loss at home against Philadelphia yesteday. The Braves won for the tenth time in their last 11 games with their 8-1 victory at Cleveland on Wednesday. Tyler Glasnow takes the ball for Tampa Bay to pitch against Charlie Morton for Atlanta. The Rays are a -115 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. 

Two MLB games start at 7:05 PM ET. The Texas Rangers are in Washington to play the Nationals as a -155 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 10. The New York Yankees plays at home against the Chicago Cubs as a -175 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. 

Two MLB games begin at 7:10 PM ET. The Cleveland Guardians are at home against the Kansas City Royals as a -190 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. The Oakland A’s visit Boston to play the Red Sox. 

Four MLB games start at 8:10 PM ET. The Milwaukee Brewers play at home against the Cincinnati Reds as a -120 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. The Houston Astros are at home against the Seattle Mariners as a -120 money-line favorite with a total of 7.5. The St. Louis Cardinals play in Chicago against the White Sox, with both teams priced as a -110 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. 

The Minnesota Twins host the Baltimore Orioles on Apple TV+ at 8:10 PM ET. The Twins won their third straight game with a 5-0 win against Kansas City on Wednesday. The Orioles won their second game in a row after a 14-1 in New York against the Yankees yesterday. Minnesota sends out Bailey Ober to pitch against Baltimore's Cole Irvin. The Twins are a -155 money-line favorite with a total of 9.5. 

Two MLB games begin at 9:40 PM ET. The Pittsburgh Pirates travel to Arizona to play the Diamondbacks. The San Diego Padres host the New York Mets as a -130 money-line favorite with a total of 7.5. The Los Angeles Dodgers play at home against the Los Angeles Angels at 10:10 PM ET as a -170 money-line favorite with an over/under of 9. The San Francisco Giants are at home against the Colorado Rockies at 10:15 PM ET.

Week 5 in the Canadian Football League continues with one game. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers host the Calgary Stampeders at 8:30 PM ET. The Blue Bombers raised their record to 3-1 this season with a 17-3 win at Montreal as a 6-point road favorite on Saturday. The Stampeders’ record dropped to 1-2 this year after a 29-26 upset loss in overtime at home to Saskatchewan as a 1.5-point favorite back on June 24th. Winnipeg is an 8-point favorite, with a total of 46.5.
