The Sunday sports card features action in MLB and the CFL. 

Major League Baseball has 15 games on its schedule. The Arizona Diamondbacks travel to Detroit to play the Tigers on Peacock at 11:35 AM ET. Zac Gallen takes the mound for the Diamondbacks to pitch against Joey Wentz for the Tigers. Arizona is a -230 money-line road favorite, with the total set at 8 (all odds from DraftKings). The Cleveland Guardians host the Houston Astros at 12:40 PM ET. The Guardians tap Shane Bieber to battle against the Astros’ Brandon Bilk. Cleveland is a -135 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. 

Four MLB games throw out the first pitch at 1:35 PM ET. The Pittsburgh Pirates play at home against the New York Mets, with Mitch Keller for the Pirates dueling against Carlos Carrasco for the Mets. Pittsburgh is a -120 money-line favorite with a total of 9. The Philadelphia Phillies are at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers, with the Phillies turning to Taijuan Walker to pitch against a Dodgers’ starting pitcher yet to be named. The Atlanta Braves host the Washington Nationals, with Bryce Elder taking the ball for the Braves to go against Trevor Williams for the Nationals. Atlanta is a -265 money-line favorite with an over/under of 10. The Baltimore Orioles play at home against the Kansas City Royals, with the Orioles tapping Kyle Gibson to face the Royals’ Carlos Hernandez. Baltimore is a -175 money-line favorite with a total of 9. 

The Toronto Blue Jays are at home against the Minnesota Twins at 1:37 PM ET. Kevin Gausman pitches for the Blue Jays to pitch against Louie Varland for the Twins. Toronto is a -205 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. The Tampa Bay Rays host the Texas Rangers at 1:40 PM ET. The Rays turn to Shane McClanahan to go against the Rangers’ Martin Perez. Tampa Bay is a -190 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

Two MLB games start at 2:10 PM ET. The Chicago White Sox play at home against the Miami Marlins, with Lucas Giolito taking the hill for the White Sox to battle against Braxton Garrett for the Marlins. Chicago is a -145 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. The Milwaukee Brewers are at home against the Oakland A’s, with the Brewers sending out Freddy Peralta to pitch against the A’s J.P. Sears. Milwaukee is a -210 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

The St. Louis Cardinals host the Cincinnati Reds at 2:15 PM ET. Adam Wainwright pitches for the Cardinals to duel against Hunter Greene for the Reds. St. Louis is a -135 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. The San Diego Padres visit Colorado to play the Rockies at 3:10 PM ET. The Padres tap Blake Snell to pitch against the Rockies’ Dinelson Lamet. San Diego is a -175 money-line road favorite with a total of 12. 

The San Francisco Giants play at home against the Chicago Cubs at 4:05 PM ET. John Brebbia opens for the Giants against Hayden Wesneski for the Cubs. San Francisco is a -135 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. The Los Angeles Angels are at home against the Seattle Mariners at 4:07 PM ET. The Angels turned to Griffin Canning to pitch against the Mariners’ Bryce Miller. Los Angeles is a -115 money-line favorite with a total of 9. 

Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN has the New York Yankees hosting the Boston Red Sox at 7:10 PM ET. Clarke Schmidt gets the start for the Yankees to face Brayan Bello for the Red Sox. New York is a -130 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5.

Week 1 in the Canadian Football League concludes with the Edmonton Eskimos playing at home against the Saskatchewan Roughriders at 7 PM ET. The Eskimos are a 2.5-point favorite with a total of 45.5.
