Baylor vs Iowa State Prediction

The current betting odds have ISU listed as a 2.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Iowa State has looked good in their 3 games this year, they got 2 easy wins at home by big scores but they did have a big road test in Iowa which they came away with a 10-7 victory in. They did not do a lot offensively in that game but Iowa does have one of the best defenses in the Big Ten this season so winning that game on the road is very impressive. Now they are back at home for their 1st conference game of the year and Baylor has already lost their 1 road test this year. They lost to BYU and played well in that game as Baylor does have a good defense, but ISU also has a good defense and they will show up for this conference game here at home. This could be a lower scoring game with good defense and it might just come down to a field goal in the end, but Iowa State has the better offense and a defense that will keep Baylor off the scoreboard here. Iowa State's defense will be able to match the Baylor defense and their offense will move the ball a lot better. The best way to place a bet here is on Iowa State to cover the spread in this game.
