Arizona Cardinals Analysis

The Cardinals are coming into this game with an 8-2 record overall and they are 5-0 in their road games this season where they will be in this game. This will be their 4th divisional game of the year and they are currently 3-0 in their division games this season with wins against the LA Rams and the San Francisco 49ers twice. They have lost 2 of their last 3 games and are coming into this one off of a loss in their last game. Kyler Murray and Deandre Hopkins did not play in their last game due to injury. Colt McCoy was the starting quarterback and he did not play well as he completed 11/20 passes for 107 yards and 1 interception. He also got injured at one point in that game so Chris Streveler had to step in and he completed 6/9 passes for 36 yards. James Conner led the team in rushing with 39 yards and 1 touchdown on 10 carries. Christian Kirk led the receivers with 58 yards on 7 receptions in what was a quiet day for the receiving corps. Jordan Hicks led the defense in that game with 8 solo tackles and 2 assisted ones. No one on the defense recorded a sack in that game but Jalen Thompson came up with the only interception for them in that one. They have scored 287 points in their 10 games this season averaging 28.7 PPG and they have allowed their opponents to score 189 points against them allowing 18.9 PPG. Their offense is averaging 375.5 YPG while their defense is allowing 323 YPG.

Seattle Seahawks Analysis

The Seahawks are coming into this game with a 3-6 record overall and they are 1-3 in their home games this season where they will be in this game. This will be the 3rd divisional game on their schedule this year and they are currently 1-1 in their division games this season. They have lost 4 of their last 5 games and are coming into this one off of another loss in their last game. Russell Wilson did not play well in their last game and he was shut out for the first time in his career as he completed 20/40 passes for 161 yards and 2 interceptions. Alex Collins led the team in rushing with 41 yards on 10 carries. Gerald Everett led the receivers with 63 yards on 8 receptions in what was a pretty quiet day for the receiving corps. Jordyn Brooks led the defense in that game with 9 solo tackles and 3 assisted ones. Rasheem Green recorded the only sack in that game for them while Jamal Adams came up with the only interception for them in that one. They have scored 181 points in their 9 games this season averaging 20.1 PPG and they have allowed their opponents to score 186 points against them allowing 20.7 PPG. Cardinals vs Seahawks Prediction

The Cardinals are coming into this game as a 2.5 point favorite with the current betting odds according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Cardinals are coming off of a bad loss in their last game but they were missing their starting quarterback and their star wide receiver for that game. They will likely be back for this game and the Seahawks have not been playing well. They were struggling with Geno Smith taking over but Wilson just came back from injury and he did not play well at all getting shut out for the first time in his career in their loss to the Packers. This is a very important game and the Cardinals will go all out here as they rested players in their last game to have them ready for this one. The Cardinals have a lot more talent on their team right now and they are playing much better as a team when they have their starters in. The best bet to place in this game is on the Cardinals to cover the spread as they will come out in this game and make sure they get to 4-0 in the division, pretty much locking it up at that point.
