Sitting on top in the NFC South with a 5-6 SU record and with games against San Francisco (away) and Cincinnati (home) on deck, Tampa Bay needs this victory like blood. The Saints enter this contest off an ugly 13-0 road loss to the 49ers and they'll have issues in this spot as well.
Even though the Buccaneers picked up a 20-10 win in the Big Easy over the Saints back on September 18th, Tampa Bay's soft 2-7 SU and ATS mark in the last nine meetings will keep the Bucs focused on the task at hand. A respectable system backs quarterback Tom Brady and his troops too. Since 1980, NFL Monday night hosts that hold a team won/loss percentage greater than .333 and arrive off a road war hold a respectable 48-30-3 ATS record provided they are facing a foe that enters off a SU and ATS loss and a blemish of seven points or more.
