- The Toronto Blue Jays look to salvage the final game of their three-game set with the Orioles. The Jays lost game one, 4-7 and then again lost game two, 5-6 on Tuesday. The Jays will send Jose Berrios to the hill today. Berrios is 8-4 in his 22 starts with a 5.19 ERA. That number grows on the road with the ERA jumping to 7.50 in his 11 away starts with a 2-4 record. The Baltimore Orioles are quietly in the WILD Card hunt in the AL. They are 58-52 and just a half game back of 3rd place Tampa Bay and one game back of 2nd place Seattle. While there are a bunch of teams in the Wild Card race, the O's have a legitimate shot. They will start Dean Kremer here today. Kremer is 4-3 in his 11 starts with a 3.43 ERA. He is coming off a start where he allowed no runs over 6 1/3 innings in a win over the Pirates. Getting the O's as a dog here against a poor road starter for the Jays is a shot I'll take.
