- #566 BOSTON (-) over Miami at 8:30 PM EST
Since January 23rd, 2022, Boston has only dropped back-to-back games one time. Off that mistake-filled 109-103 home loss to the Heat in Game 3, the Celtics will get after it in this critical Game 4 setting.
Lately, when coming off a blemish, the Shamrocks have responded well inking a nearly perfect 11-1 SU and 10-2 ATS mark in their last 12 tries. Equally impressive, when hitting the hardwood in the NBA Playoffs off a straight up postseason loss priced as a favorite, head coach Ime Udoka's boys have been worth the wager in their next game notching a strong 16-5 SU and 15-6 ATS mark. Finally, as a playoff favorite, the Celtics have been a strong investment posting a proud 35-15 SU and 33-17 ATS tally in their last 50 games including an outstanding 18-7 SU and ATS if they check in without confidence off a straight up loss.
After picking up 19 steals and forcing 24 turnovers in Game 2, Miami will have a little more trouble in this rematch. Boston is going to make the adjustments needed and it will take much better care of the basketball. Technically speaking, this is a difficult spot for the Heat. As a postseason road dog, head coach Erik Spoelstra's boys have been a poor investment notching a stiff 19-57 SU and 28-46-2 ATS record. In this run checking in off a pointspread win, the Heat have fizzled falling to a woeful 6-37 SU and 12-29-2 ATS.
The Shamrocks can't afford to go down 3-1 in this best-of-seven series, and they'll lean on the strength of their homecourt to pick up this win and cover. Take Boston. Thanks and best of luck, Tom.
