- My selection is on Louisiana-Lafayette plus the points over Stanford at 10 pm et on Tuesday.
Louisiana-Lafayette is off to a 1-3 SU and 2-2 ATS start but has navigated a rather difficult schedule. While it won't get any easier on Tuesday as it heads to the west coast to take on Stanford, I do think the Ragin' Cajuns can stay inside the lofty pointspread. Note that Louisiana has held up incredibly well defensively, holding its four opponents to 24, 15, 21 and 24 made field goals and certainly limiting the pace. Offensively, I do think the shots will start to fall and it's worth noting that Stanford, while a perfect 3-0 on the season, has allowed its three opponents to make good on 27, 23 and 27 field goals. The Cardinal have been hot offensively but I think they'll be frustrated by the pace this game will be played at. We'll grab all the points we can get with the visiting Ragin' Cajuns. Take Louisiana-Lafayette (8*).
