New Jersey's luck with Jack Hughes has been pretty awful. Such an amazing talent. He just can't stay healthy. I'm not exactly sure what happened, as he was injured at a dinner (from sources) which required hand surgery and he's now forced to miss at least eight weeks. The Devils did not want to hear that news & I know they are in first in the Metro right now. However, I expect them to be quite average from now on.
Tampa Bay looks to be on the rise. The Lightning have won eight of their past 11 games and should be one of the better teams in the NHL considering all of the talent on the roster. I still believe that Kucherov is one of the best talents in hockey despite his slow start. He will get going. The Lightning should get the job done this evening.
